ASIA IR CONFERENCE 2025

Global Risks, Local Impacts

In a fragmented global landscape, how do local communities transform complex security challenges into resilience and survival strategies? As traditional frameworks of international relations are recalibrated by emergent non-conventional threats, security becomes a dynamic dialogue between global imperatives and local realities.

This conference explores how communities adapt to transnational risks — from cyber warfare and technological disruption to migration and asymmetric threats. By examining the intersections of technology, culture, and geopolitics, we seek to understand how societies navigate and reinterpret these challenges.

Join us in reimagining security as a fluid, collaborative process shaped by local resilience and global forces. Together, let’s bridge the gap between strategic imperatives and lived realities.
